A 45% deposit is required on all orders. Deposits may be transferred to another item if the manufacturer is unable to deliver the product to us in a timely manner*. Purchases should be inspected within three days of receipt. If you are not satisfied, the unfired gun may be returned for exchange only. To return an item for exchange, customers must contact us to receive a RAN, or return authorization number, to place on the outside of the box. All items without a RAN will be refused. We are not responsible for shipping and insurance on exchanges. All guns come with a full manufacturer’s warranty. All warranty claims must be processed directly through the manufacturer.
*Please note shipments from manufacturers are greatly delayed due to the current political climate. This also applies to normal production items.

PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS
Online inventory changes on a daily basis. We try very hard to make sure there are no errors. NWA Tactical will not guarantee that titles, pictures, or descriptions on our site are error free. NWA Tactical reserves the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the price or description. In the event that an order is canceled, NWA Tactical will not charge the customer and we will return funds in full if payment has been sent.
If a customer places an order that contains an error, NWA Tactical will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If an order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopend condition and we will not bill the customer. By placing an order with NWA Tactical, the customer agrees that NWA Tactical will be the final arbiter of any discrepancies.
